The Brief
Build a golf e-commerce brand from the ground up — from brand strategy and visual identity to pricing architecture and a full Shopify storefront. The goal was to create a brand that felt premium, sustainable, and distinct in a crowded market.
Problem
The premium golf accessories market lacked brands that combined sustainability messaging with aspirational design. Most competitors were either generic mass-market products or overly traditional brands that didn't resonate with a younger, style-conscious audience.
Insight
Modern golfers care about sustainability and aesthetics equally. The brand needed to feel premium and eco-conscious without being preachy. Visual identity had to bridge the gap between country club heritage and contemporary street-influenced design.
