The Brief

Build a golf e-commerce brand from the ground up — from brand strategy and visual identity to pricing architecture and a full Shopify storefront. The goal was to create a brand that felt premium, sustainable, and distinct in a crowded market.

Problem

The premium golf accessories market lacked brands that combined sustainability messaging with aspirational design. Most competitors were either generic mass-market products or overly traditional brands that didn't resonate with a younger, style-conscious audience.

Insight

Modern golfers care about sustainability and aesthetics equally. The brand needed to feel premium and eco-conscious without being preachy. Visual identity had to bridge the gap between country club heritage and contemporary street-influenced design.

Design Intent

Craft a visual identity rooted in earthy tones and clean typography. Build a Shopify store with curated collections and bundle pricing strategy. Develop a comprehensive brand strategy document covering moodboard, color system, competitive positioning, and pricing architecture.

Outcome

A fully launched Shopify store with complete brand identity — brand strategy document, visual moodboard, color system, collection architecture, and bundle pricing. The store was ready for market with a clear brand voice and cohesive visual language across all touchpoints.
